At Man Up, our sole mission is to improve the world. Through our 10-week program, we strive to enhance the lives of our participants. Since its establishment in 2015, Man Up has been led by ordinary men from diverse backgrounds, united in addressing common life challenges. Supported by our facilitators, men collaboratively navigate these issues within a local community of men.
